A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

 

 

 

I was born in Norfolk, Virginia and moved to Ashburn, Georgia in 1970.  I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Don for 36 years.  We have one son and one daughter, and most of all five beautiful grandchildren, 3 girls and 2 boys.

My other loves are my business, glass and people.  Last but not least I love deer hunting with the family.

I have been doing Stained Glass since 1992.  I took classes for three years, then I taught at the same store for three years.  I have had my own shop for eight years and in that time my husband (Owner of Holley Steel Construction, Inc) has expanded my building three times.  The newest additions are a new hot shop and new sanding blasting room, with the sand blasting equipment; it gives us the opportunity to offer three new classes, etching, etching fused, iridized and fused sinks.

We offer many classes to choose from!  Stained Glass taught by Dr. Tison and Romaine Holley, Fusing taught by Romaine Holley, Wire Wrapping taught by Dr. Tison, Lorri Hassett teaches the Bead classes, Romaine Holley teaches the Mosaic classes, Starr Payne of Tallahassee, Florida teaches the Precious Metal Clay classes, Paulette Dale teaches the Etching classes, Charleen Romine teaches the Etching Iridized Fused and Fused Micro Mosaic classes, Romaine Holley teaches the Fused Sink Classes.  Romaine Holley, Mali Harrell, and Tadashi Torii teaches the Molten Glass, Marble, Sand Casting classes, Component and Advanced Blowing.

I have the largest retail glass store in South Georgia, located on Interstate 75.  I sell glass supplies and equipment for all the classes that we offer.  Check with me on the items you are looking for, you will be surprised at my low prices.

I sell Finished Stained, Fused, and Blown Glass here at my Shop.  I also do Stained Glass  work which  starts at $85.00 a square foot.
